Tyler is Head of Content at PointsYeah, where he leads Points Insider and its newsletter. He has written more than 3,000 articles about award travel and edited countless more, covering airlines, loyalty programs, credit cards, and the broader travel industry. What started as an obsession with points and miles has taken Tyler from airline hangars and airport lounge openings to the foot of Mount Everest. Along the way, it has made him as interested in the stories behind travel as the points that make it possible. At Points Insider, his vision is to build a travel publication that brings that curiosity to its coverage, with practical journalism that helps people better understand the world of travel and see more of it for themselves. Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
